While this Ethics Policy provides guidance on ethical conduct, it may not cover every situation. When in doubt, we will refer to applicable laws, industry best practices, and professional standards in the jurisdictions where we operate, including Ontario and other applicable regions.

We conduct our services in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of Ontario and other jurisdictions where we operate.
We do not encourage clients to violate the law or engage in unethical conduct. If we become aware of false, misleading, or illegal claims, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Be confidential: We protect client information
We respect client privacy and protect all confidential information shared with us. We only collect and use information necessary for our consulting services and handle data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, such as the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).

Be responsive: We prioritize client needs
We handle all client matters efficiently and keep them informed throughout the process. We respond to inquiries in a timely manner, typically within a few business hours whenever possible.
Be professional: We uphold ethical business practices
We operate with integrity and do not engage in bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest. Clients are never expected to provide gifts, payments, or incentives to our consultants.
We do not accept compensation from third parties in exchange for influencing client decisions or actions.
If a potential conflict of interest arises, we disclose it to the client and take appropriate steps to address it.

Our team consists of experienced professionals with strong expertise in our consulting areas. We continually enhance our knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and training to better serve our clients.
We operate under clear service agreements that outline the scope, terms, and conditions of our services to ensure transparency and reliability.
